I scored as a power user. Twice. Didn't bother to check the answers. I wonder what happens if you get them all right, are you an expert?
Speaking of experts, Gray Knowlton mentioned in a tweet that there are a lot of self-described Excel experts on Elance. I looked at some of them and they are just cheap data entry labor. Here's one provider's description of themselves:

I think that speaks for itself.

Hmm, so by their definition, a Power User is expected to know as much about the history of Excel as actually be able to use it. Add in a couple of questions about the version not yet released, and a keyboard shortcut.
I think that says as much about Microsoft's marketing department as needs saying… Who actually cares about, you know, actually doing any work?
Well they say I'm an Excel genius, so they got something right
But yes, it was a bit of a weird quiz.
