The Baby Activity Tracker Worksheet is a printable worksheet you can use to record and track baby feedings and diaper changes. It may also be completed electronically. Excel 2003 and 2007/2010 versions are included (see below for download links). A dashboard sheet will be included in a future version.
The following fields are present:
- Date – record the date of the feeding or changing
- Time – write down the time you changed or fed the baby
- Right and Left (for breast feeding) – record the number of minutes the baby spends on each side
- Formula – record (in ounces or mililiters) how much the baby eats in one feeding
- Urine – check off if you are changing a wet diaper
- Stool – check off if you are changing a dirty diaper
- Comments – anything you want to add about a particular feeding or changing event

The workbook includes two worksheets:
- Baby Activity Tracker – the main data entry worksheet
- Data – the worksheet feeding the Baby Activity Tracker sheet
The Baby Activity Tracker workbook uses features introduced in Excel 2003, so if you plan on filling out the worksheet electronically, you should not use this workbook with prior versions of Excel. If all you want to do is print it, there should be no issue.
Excel 2003 Instructions
Click Print
to output the Baby Activity Tracker worksheet to your printer. Go to Print Preview
(File » Print Preview) to review the printout before printing.
Excel 2007 Instructions
From the Office Button, go to Print. To preview the printout first, go to Print » Print Preview.
